Sierra 595U Battery defective?

I'm on my third battery in two units. Seems after 6 months to a year, these batteries "puff up" and cause the power to shut off. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I ran into this same problem with my 595U after about 15 months of "heavy" use (it's my primary internet device). I took it to my local corporate Sprint store and the rep swapped it out no questions asked. That was in January or so.

Good call. I didn't think of taking it in. That beats the $20 a pop I've been paying ordering from sierra.
