I posted this earlyer, but got flagged as spam, i dunno why. anyways, when i turn off my computer, and turn it back on, or do a restart for updates and try to connect to my vzacess with my um150 it gives me a error something along the lines of "your modem as reported an error". at that time when i click ok, it'll make a few device insert noises from the computer and vzacess will say that the device is not pluged in. I went to device manager and found my um150 and it says something like "driver still in memory" and gives a code 38 after that. In order for my to connect to the net, and solve that problem i have to disable it, then enable it back again. I would like to know if there is something iv done wrong, or a way to fix it. thanks

still having problems, am i at the right place to get this problem corrected? I can manage to get connected, but its a frustrating process. From what i've seen it do, is power off and back on, say the device is not inserted and give a message askin me to please wait while its being configured. If im lucky and dont get the error message, it'll connect. lol, its to the point where i leave my computer on... cause it screws up even in sleep mode. Another thing iv noticed is that it takes my computer longer to shut down now, i dont know if thats related to the problem tho.
