Extremely Slow Upload Speed - Suddenly

Hello,

In the last 24 hours I've begun experiencing maximum 5 kbps upload speeds, making Internet virtually unusable. Download speeds are 400-600 kbps.

I'm using the Sierra 595U in a marginal EVDO area with an omni-directional antenna on the roof. The setup has been working quite well for over a year, then suddenly this problem occurred. Currently I have 3-4 bars showing and am ranging between -90dB and -95dB, which should be fine for decent EVDO. I have two 595U cards and achieve the same poor result with both. I also experience this if I put the cards in my laptop and take it outside.

It seems to me that this must be a Sprint problem, but why is it occurring after working flawlessly for so long? And why is the problem only with the upload speed? And why would I be getting such lousy performance while getting a good signal?

I'm scratching my head. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
