I'm still having issues...almost ready to contact Sprint about it. Better when hooked directly to my PC, but still SLOW.

I'm considering getting the Cradlepoint router and the refurb'ed express card from here to see if it's better.

Spent 2 hours on the phone with Sprint last night. Upgraded to SmartView and updated everything. Still dismally slow results. They put a ticket in for an engineer. After I was off the phone, I found out our neighbor is having the same problems. So, seems to be a tower issue. Grrr....

I'm in the same boat (was working great, now suddenly SLOW) as the others in the thread. My dad also has Sprint and reports the same dramatic drop (1300-1000kbps down/600kbps up/sub 100ms latency -> 600-800kbps/300kbps/200-300+ms) in performance. Is there a better number to call to report these issues than main tech support? I have to imagine that it is a tower problem or something as we have been working great for about 2 years.

Lately, I've been having very low speeds when trying to get to websites, etc. Most irritating is that I've been having problems connecting to my mailserver on sprint, so sending emails sometimes times out. This has happened off and on over the last few years, but it's become very consistent lately.

Any ideas on what I can try?
