It looks like I will be able to tap into one of the 3 USB ports and hardwire my Bell U727 usb modem inside my new Asus 1000HE eeePC. I'm wondering if the signal will degrade to the point that installing it in the 1000HE would not be worth it. Also would like to know if anyone has done this mod and what internal EVDO antenna they used. Thanks in advance!
