Throttling

I think that verizon may now be throttling online game playing is there anything i can do to fix this?

Ok has anyone that is still with Alltel showing signs of throttling?

I try to download on p2p networks and it basically cripples my connection to where i cant even load a web page unless i shut them (p2p) down, and even then it still takes a while to get my internet browser going again.....

I dont know if this is because i need a new PRL maybe, or if there is some UM175 rev a firmware update i dont know about or if i am being throttled????
