Reprogramming "MIN" number

Got a letter from Alltel saying I had to update my MIN number. Just got rA the other day but the speeds are poor. I updated the MIN and speeds are the same. Anybody else get one of these letters? Why did I have to change my MIN number?

I had to change one of my modems' MIN today. I don't remember actually getting a letter though (we might have just overlooked it). We ended up calling Alltel tech support because I suddenly couldn't connect anymore. Still on Rev0 here in central Louisiana. Out of several modems we have, that was the only one we've had to change so far.

I am using the KR2. I have received a notice from Alltel stating I need to update the MIN for my USB modem. How do I do this from the admin screens of the router?
