Called the local Verizon store today.it was good for a laugh

..some snot-nosed-punk answered the phone...asked him about the possibility of replacing my USB 720 with another modem...no problem,come on in....informed him that I planned to buy one elsewhere,he said it cant be done...told Mr Knowitall to ask someone with more experience OR put the store mgr on the phone....he returned a minute later and said it wasnt a problem...then I asked about loosing my 'grandfathered' unlimited data plan....he said VW NEVER, EVER offered an unlimited plan and if I went over I would have to pay overage...I informed him that I have used close to 20 GB in a month and never got charged......may as well have called me a liar......long story short I suggested in no un-certain terms he needed to educate himself as to his job so he didnt make an ass of himself with the next customer....
