Sprint PCS Connection Manager does not recognize PX-500

Hi. I am running Windows Vista and had the VZ Access Manager installed on my system. I have switched services and have now installed Sprint PCS Connection Manager. I have a Spring PX-500 card.

I uninstalled the VZ Access Manager and installed Sprint but when I put in my card and run the Sprint software it still says insert card.

Has anyone else had issues when switching from Verizon to Sprint?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to remove the sprint smartview, restart your computer and then re-install, if it still does not work re-download the sprint smarview from http://www.sprint.com/downloads or you might also want to consider downloading the:

Pantech Connection Manager

Thanks for the reply...I tried to download the Smart View software and it was able to recognize my card. However when I hit connect it does nothing.

I tried to reinstall the Pantech software but it still says it wants me to insert the card.
