Hello all,

One of the execs at my company has a brand new Mac Book Pro. He does a lot of travelling so we got him a Sprint USB broadband card. He complained it was to slow and didnt work where he needed it. We then tried a Verizon USB760. The speed is great, the problem is:

When he connects through VZAccess Manager, the VPN setting on the Mac disappears. Verizon said there was no way to get VPN to work with VZAccess Manager. Does anyone know if there is a way and if so how?

As soon as the USB stick is removed from the laptop, the VPN setting shows up immediately. Why would a company sell a broadband device that wouldnt allow you to also connect to VPN?

Don't believe everything that Verizon tells you.

When I travel, I bring my MacBook Pro and I use VZAccess to connect and still have access to built-in VPN (which I use to VPN to a xServe). So, it does work, although, not sure why it isn't working for you.
