KR2 router with Novatel X720 Expresscard, disconnecting alot

For the most part, the signal strength to the tower is strong. However, the KR2 router seems to lose the connection at random, only it won't state that it has lost the connection in the control panel, I end up having to always disconnect/reconnect within the control panel, or doing a cold reboot of the router to gain back the connection.

I wonder if there may be some other settings i need to tweak?? Or if this router is just downright bad, I'm using 1.3 firmware btw.

On a side note, is there anyone here that lives in Manitoba, Canada like me.. and is using MTS's cellular EVDO express cards?? With this same router.
