| New guy here, one quick question: Is it possible to use two modems for one Sprint account? I have a 595U and wanted to get another one for use in an EVDO router at home so I can discontinue my roadrunner service. Will Sprint allow it? |

| I believe you would need 2 separate accounts. You can use two modems on one account but you would need to do an ESN swap but only one modem will work at a time. |

You can have 2 modems on one account (aka, one bill), BUT you will be billed for each one. If you want to have only one bill, you can only have one modem "activte" at a time and you would have to do an ESN Swap every time you wanted to activate the other one. _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

My question is: if you had two modems billed to the same account, one being in the vehicle and the other being in the home/office and the usage in the home/office is over 5GB pushing 6GB and the modem in the vehicle never reaches 2GB, do you think Sprint could come up with a business plan which would balance the usage of the two accounts? Of course, the simplest solution would be to swap out the modems in the middle of there usage cycle. _________________ alhanson |
