Hi guys,

New to the forums and have a question that's bugging me...hopefully someone out here can give me a hand...

I have a Verizon xv6900 with a Cradlepoint 350...I've downloaded WMWifiRouter and it's a nice program. However I just can't get the USB to work (or light up for that matter). I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if the phone just isn't compatible with the CRT-350.

If anyone could help it'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Ice from NYC

I need to get a ditto in here too. I have a Moto Q that I am thinking of using my free upgrade on and get the 6900 from Verizon. I will ditch my data plan for my USB720 and tether this device with a CTR350 and a PHS300.

I haven't checked any relevent sites yet, but does it work?

Justin

The vx6900 is NOT officially supported by Cradlepoint (see the compatibility chart here: http://evdoinfo.com/routers), BUT I just tested it last week and again this morning and it did work for me. Here's what I'm using:

VX6900 with Windows Mobile 6.1 update
CTR350 with firmware 2.3
Tethering package from Verizon ($30/mo)

Here are my speedtest.net results from this morning (my RSSI is only -100 in this location):
