KR1 with what providers other than Sprint will it work?

I've been using the KR1 (Novatel S720) with Sprint service for a couple of years without a problem.

Now, it seems that Sprint started billing me for the 5G cap overusage. What a mess this company is... Iam thinking of jumping ship.

I want to know will my KR1 work with any other provider (ATT, Verizon, Alltel etc) If it will, with which card or USB device?

I know the KR2 is available but I'm on a budget.

since kyocera has abandoned the KR1 and appears to also be giving up on the later model KR2, its probably a better idea to move on to one of the http://3gstore.com/cradlepoint routers.

at least the cradlepoint's are keeping up with newer device releases.
