Latest PRL now uses Verizon tower instead of Alltel

The latest Alltel PRL, (40045) in non-divested area, now uses the Verizon Tower that I had to initially had to use a Verizon PRL to access. I used the field test and confirmed it. Both towers are about 4 miles away from my house and it is holding steady on the Verizon tower, around -67. A "tracert" still shows it is initially going to Verizon then going to Alltel when doing it against google.com. Doing a speed test still shows it as a Alltel IP address but at least I'm not using a Verizon PRL I guess. The latest PRL can be found at

I tried the latest alltel prl but still get the alltel tower just down the road from me which is only DO and not rA yet. The verizon tower I am using is but it will be divested off to some other carrier later on. Then the alltel tower will be a verizon tower.
