I just installed Windows 7 on my Dell D620. I took the mini-PCI out of my USB720 and installed it inside my laptop. I installed VZAccess Manager 6.10.2 (2205a) with no issues. Everything installed clean and works just as good as XP Pro.
Later in the week I will disable the internal and plug in my other USB720, still in the USB, and make sure it works that was also.

I have been using Win7 since the first beta (now on the RC1) with my Verizon 720 USB modem. All has been fine until last night, I installed a new Visual Style and now, if I try to connect I get this message:
Connection failed: the operation could not finish because it could not start the remote access manager service in time
I have restored my entire system back to 2 days ago and I still get the message. I have used eraser to completely erase all the Verizon folders off my system. I have used the installer to repair, uninstall, reinstall, etc. I have tried installing the program in "Vista SP0" compatibility mode, then running in compatibilty mode, and ever variation you could imagine.
I can't for the life of me figure out how changing a visual theme could cause this sort of trouble, they use entirely different files! Not to mention rolling back to 1 full day before the changes were made, made no difference!
Please Help!!
Thanks in advance!

I noticed a lot of updates Tuesday for Windows 7. I saw 4 "test" updates that changed version numbers on system files, other than that no real update. It also had like 37 language updates. I didnt run any of these, did you? The version changes could have broken it. If so let me know and I will get you the KB numbers so you can back them out.

Ohhhh, I didn't even think of that. Thanks Justin
Yeah, I ran the "test" updates, I'll try uninstalling them and post back.
