Hello,
I'm able to get into ##DATA and change the HA servers but after saving and reconnecting to see if they've improved my speed it turns out the changes are never saved! Is this a new "feature" of smartview that we can no longer change where we connect? I'm between Los Angeles and the Bay Area yet it connects me everytime to Kansas City. that can't be best for my connection so I'm trying to change my HA servers to LA or San Jose/Central California.

I tried setting to 255.255.255.255 to primary server and nothing. Editing secondary servers, nothing will save.

Help please

I believe this is a new "feature" with Sprint overall. I use the Franklin connection manager with a CDU680. Changing the HA has no effect, although they are still saved. It defaults to Kansas City. Choosing a server physically closer to me still improves test results.

I'm in Washington State and am defaulting to KC also. Normal
connect is LA. Yesterday service was poor with DL's at 100-300
and oddly UL's were 250+. Today service is normal. I'm guessing
all this weather has caused Sprint some problems.

Looks like for now the issue has been resolved as I am able to default to my normal HA (Atlanta).

I have had no problems defaulting my primary addy to 255.255.255.255 and a secondary one to chicago. I just click edit and input what I want and save and reboot my pc and it stays ! you may try rebooting after you make your changes.

I have a usb 727 card with Sprint and I am located in Palm Desert, CA. I post on various Topix forums. My ISP can show anywhere from from Toronto, Canada to Los Angeles to San Francisco, Michigan, Indiana, etc. and of course to Kansas City where Sprint's HQ is located. I wonder if anyone can explain my various unscheduled cyber travels to these exciting locations.
