failure ec228 with ctr500 (alltel)

i tryed 2 of these (ec228) with same router the first one would drop the conection after about 4 to 10 hours if left idle and be unable to reconnect but if i did anything that created a large number of connections it wouldnt stay up longer than 5 minutes the second one never made it to 5 hours if i so much as opened 4 web pages at once and then it would also be unable to reconnect without reseting the router although on the computer it would run fine for 12 hours then disconnect and connect again then it wouldnt reconnect a 3rd time :/ i really like the design of it compared to the um175 but i cant get it to work correctly Sad
