Sprint C597 - SmatView keeps disconecting on desktop XPpro

Sprint C597 - SmatView keeps disconecting on desktop XPpro a few seconds after I hit the connect button. I look at the log and it says that I never am conecting, just a bunch of disconects.

My signal streangth shows at 80%. Sprint has not been much help. I have reinstaled and uninstalled over 5 times. I reset all the information twice with Sprint. I have shut off all firewalls. I have done all that Sprint knows to do.

This card works fine in my Laptop that is running Vista.

The software does not give me any errors. It acts like I am hitting the canncel button after about 5 to 10 seconds of trying to conect.

This card and software have never made a conection on this PC. It just trys and then stops ans says it is ready again... any ideas??
