Many 3Gstore.com customers have had problems with Sprint SmartView connecting under Mac OS X 10.5.x. We have seen this problem first hand, on a new MacBook Pro. The problem appears to be on computers that upgraded from Mac OS X 10.4 to 10.5, OR computers that are running 10.5.5. or 10.5.6.
