I have looked through the posts and have not been able to find an answer to my question and would appreciate any help I can get. I have a Blackberry Curve 8320 (Tmobile) and would like to tether it to the MBR1000 (as I have to get rid of my U727 Sprint card) but I don't know how to configure the Curve. Hope someone has been able to do this and will post the configuration or tell me where to find more info. Thx

keep in mind that cradlepoint does not officially support any tmobile devices with their routers.

your best bet is to get one during our cyber monday sale, here:

http://3gstore.com/MBR1000

when you do, our tech support guys will do their best to assist you. not making any promises it will work, just saying our guys are the best.

if they can't get it working for you, you can return it under terms of our 14-day return policy.

assuming you are using latest 1.4 firmware, go to

http://192.168.0.1/Modem/Settings.shtml

use this as the "AT Dial Script"

AT
AT+CGDCONT=1,IP,"wap.voicestream.com"
ATDT*99#

save, reboot the router, and see what happens?

you might also have to try "internet2.voicestream.com" or "internet3.voicestream.com"

let us know.

Thanks Alex. It works great, however for anyone else needing to do this, I had to set the Blackberry 8320 to mobile network only instead of WiFi Preferred as it was trying to access the network through the mbr1000. Thanks again, this will save me alot of time and money as I can now cancel my broadband card.
