|
|
As I working on the best antenna position for my new UM150/CTR350 setup, I find that with my Wilson Trucker antenna that my UM150 keeps falling back to 1xRTT (a fairly strong signal). I may try the coffee can trick to make the Wilson more directional, but if I could lock the UM150 to EVDO only, then I wouldn't have to worry about that.
I've been searching, but I can't find out how to force the UM150 info EVDO only mode. I've seen instructions for the Verizon version, but the password (diagvzw) doesn't work with the Alltel Axcess. Does anyone know that password?
Thanks all! |

| Unfortunately there is not an option to lock the UM150 for Alltel to HDR. |

| Does the Verizon version of the software support this? Would the Verizon version work with the Alltel 150? Or what about a version of the Alltel Axcess for another modem that has the option to turn off HDR? |

| Is there an AT command that can be sent to the UM150 to lock it to EVDO? Does anyone have a reference of the various AT commands available? |

heh heh, yeah once in awhile I get up that way ...
Start with looking at your log as I outlined. You may see a command in that list that has the parameter. _________________ evdo-tips.com |
