short story:

I am building a house in an area which I have not been able to find 3g coverage for. I do however have 4-5/5 bars(usually 5) on my cell phone on the property.

I was referred to this site via a hobby forum, they said you might be able to help. I have never used anything but cable broadband internet before, never even used my cell phone for internet. My current cell provider is Unicel, but I am perfectly open to changing providers if I can somehow get a better internet connection than satellite.

the property is in south central WA state if that matters. zip 98620

Where do I start?? With the 4-5/5 bars I have should I be able to make this work? I do not game. just surf and would like to continue image intense posting via a reef hobbyist forum, but the main thing is that I can at least browse online OFTEN.

thanks in advance for any direction

We are going to email you some specific questions about your address (you don't want to post that here for all to see).

I coulndt find a name for who i was talking with, but I do have to say the support so far has been awesome. No stupid waiting on the phone and prompt and thorough emails back and forth.

it was very much appreciated. Smile

Sounds like it will work with sprint and work pretty well. Im going to give it a go.

I do unfortuantely have a serious problem with the 5 gb limit, and will be buying at least 2 plans which was the only option to not get hit with a bunch of overage charges. Hard to beleive they cant just double or triple the price and offer an unlimited plan. Sad

But all in all Im happy I may not have to go to a satellite. Smile

I have heard of people buying 2 modems with 2 plans to get 10 gigs instead of getting overage charges. Good Luck
