I don't know how to fully explain what is going on with my KR2. I have a KR2 with a Kyocera KPC680 aircard. It had been working perfect for quite a few months. Then one day I started losing my internet connection on my network (one desktop and 2 laptops . . . all with Vista). At first I thought the wireless company might be doing some stuff. Then I upgraded to firmware 1.4. That seemed to make things worse, so I downgraded to firmware 1.3. I still seem to be having problems. I can go for a day or so, then it will drop the internet signal for no reason that I can tell. My signal from the cell tower is very strong here, so I don't think that is it. I usually end up restarting the router, then popping out the aircard and popping it back in. This will pretty much fix the problem for most of the day.
Oh . . . when the internet signal is lost, I still have access to everything else on my wireless network (other computers, printers, etc.). It is just dropping the internet signal.
Any ideas? Need more info? |

| Try entering the username and password in the WAN session of your router. |

The aircard is actually through a small company called Nex-Tech Wireless. It had been working perfect for quite a few months.
I'll try entering my username and password in the WAN section. |

WOW! My problems and setup to a tee! Did you ever get this resolved? What did you do to fix this? And, mine seems to stay on longer if I do not enter the username and password fields for the PPP login. |

All I did was enter the username and password in the WAN session on the router. It seems to work just fine now. |

Username is your phone number with area code and no dashes
Example Username: 7568347337
Password for Nex-Tech Wireless is: ntw |
