| I hate not having an edit button. When I said "I probably could get by using it without the antenna" I meant get by without the amp. |

No the CA-819 is a dual band amp and won't work with a single band antenna.
I use the * SBA-800 since it's designed exclusively for the 800Mhz band. |

Ok Guys,
I just signed up with Sprint for a trial run. I am back to using my Wilson amp with my Conifer 2400MHz Parabolic. No more Hyperlink tech and I am doing ok. Perhaps Sprint EVDO is not as fast as VZW? IDK if I will stay but I may go to a reseller instead and go month to month If I can find a different one than the nightmare I just went through. I have a solid lock at -88 and am getting mediocre speeds.
I have the U727 and am locked into EVDO. Can this be tweaked at all with Vista? i have SP1 so it already has the 3g patch and I read that DR. TCP cannot help Vista. How about TCP Optimizer? |

TCP Optimizer doesn't work in Vista. The stacks are already configured. There are some registry tweaks but I wouldn't waste your time. I tried them and didn't notice any difference.
Glad to see your getting better service. Have fun with your new ISP! |

| Not to fun yet because I have VZW and Sprint at the same time. I am still looking for a reseller besides the last one although they did give me a 100% refund very quickly. Not having any connection MGT software was my biggest complaint about them, but since I have all 3 major carriers software now, that is no longer an issue. |

Not yet but right after my last post I got some very good speeds. 900k- 1.5mbs a few times, but it seems to average out at 600-700k.
I am selling my VZW U727, and the Hyperlinktech Parabolic Grid and the adapter cable along with the rest of the month of free VZW service(Month is over November 29th)! If anyone is interested the first $200.00 gets it. Just PM me and you will be getting almost a whole month of free internet!! This equipment is all new with only a few hours of usage!
You will still need to buy your own low loss cable with an N connector on one end and an FME on the other.
Admins, I will delete this post as soon as someone PM's me thanx... |

I'll buy the USB U727. As long as its from Verizon and I won't screw up my contract. I'd hate to get charged overage's. What would you sell just the card and antenna adapter for? Obviously I don't need the antenna. I'm assuming the adapter cable is different than mine though.
I'd just like it because maybe I'll try out a Evdo router and I've heard the 595U is a pain to use in a router. Definitely let me know a price and I'll get a check out to you. |

I have a few questions about the grid antenna that you used to pull in the 850mhz signal.
I might be interested in purchasing the grid antenna from you.
my e-mail is: ncjonerik@hotmail.com
I can't PM you because of low post count apparently.
Thanks!
