Does Alltel sell a card currently that can be locked to EVDO (like HDR only)? I get good EVDO signal at night great but bounce around 1XRtt during the day around noon. Alltel has the UTStarCom UM175, Huawei EC360,KPC680 ExpressCard, and Huawei EC228. I can't seem to find anywhere the ability to lock any of them to an EVDO signal.
