It would be nice to learn from this thread. The posts need more info to be of any value.
If differences do show up, we also need to know when the contract was started (prior to 7/13/08 or not)... and whether or not it is a corporate liable account.
So when was your account activated? And is it a personal or business account?
Here's mine:

2 gigs in just under 2 weeks, you're not going to ruffle any feathers at Sprint at that rate. I thought you were gonna be our canary? Come on Sally, get busy! lol. |

I did over a gig last night... but I just went to a restaurant to do it. Stayed off my card... used their WiFi in exchange for an $8 burger & $4 for booth "rent". 120k download speeds. |
