Western Long Island, NY - Sprint EV-DO - live

All places in Nassau County I've been to have EV-DO coverage. Along Sunrise Highway the coverage is uninterupted until you get to Queens, and then it's only off in spots.

Inside my house, in South Bellmore, I get very decent reception with EV-DO, which at times falls back to 1xRTT. I am 2 miles south of Sunrise Highway (and over 3 miles south of Southern State Pkwy), and coverage is normally spotty with any carrier. On the second floor I'm getting consistent 400-500 kbps throughput.

Thanks for the info... Any word on Suffolk county. I live in yaphank and I am waiting to buy a EVDO enabled phone when service is turned on?
