I just noticed the same issue with my CTR350 (which I only use when I travel). With firmware 2.2.1, my Sierra Aircard 875U disconnects randomly from the CTR350 every 10-20 minutes. The only way to reestablish the connection is to reboot the router. I downgraded to firmware 2.1.0 and the problem is gone. So there must be something in common among all the latest Cradlepoint firmwares.

Thanks to all of you who worked to find this fix!
I have a
MBR-1000
Averatec 2200 laptop running XP SP3 Ralink 802.11 Mini Card
HP DV-4000 running XP SP3 and Vista (dual boot) with a Intel 2200BG
Both wireless adapters are running the latest firmware.
My Aircard is a Option GT Max 3.6

With firmware 1.3 and 1.3.1
The Averatec works flawlessly
The HP causes the mbr1000 to lose or drop and restart its LAN connection and sometimes the aircard losses connection as well as I see both lights on the aircard flashing. This also happens running Vista.
This happens with 30 seconds of the HP wireless card being enabled.

With MBR-1000 firmware 1.2 everything works fine.

You clearly have problems with your firmware 1.3 and 1.31. I found this fix online at http://www.evdoforums.com/thread10274.html.
Your chat person Daryl has been very helpful but you need to inform people of this rollback version to help solve some problems.

I have a similar issue, I am not sure if its exactly the same. It seems my Verizon UM150 modem disconnects at 9:15am +/- 10 minutes every day, like clockwork. I use Cisco VPN to connect to my work applications, and this disconnect causes my VPN to loose connection.

I was using firmware 1.3.1, but after I read this forum, decided to revert back to 1.2 yesterday. Like clockwork, my modem disconnected again this morning at ~9:13am! So reverting back to 1.2 did not rectify my situation. Here are the related logs from my Cradlepoint, does anybody have any other suggestions?

Not the same thing. This is probably Verizon disconnecting approximately every 24 hours, mine does the same thing (Verizon USB727). I suggest before you get started working in the morning, ex 7 am, go ahead and disconnect the modem, plug back in, and it'll reconnect. More than likely the next day it will drop/reconnect around that time instead (7 am). I had the same problem though, work from home, we use Citrix and sometimes VPN, and mine was dropping around 9 am, then it started around 1 pm, etc, which was disrupting my work.

Hi Lori, I appreciate the reply. I tried as you suggested. I unplugged my UM150 modem from the Router for about 15 seconds, and then plugged it in about 11pm last night. Unfortunately for me, I just got the same disconnect at 9:08am this morning. Any other suggestions?

Kind Regards,
Alex
