USB720 & CTR350

Back in late June I purchased a USB720 & a Cradlepoint CTR350 from the 3GStore for my Verizon account. Both the USB720 and the CTR350 have been working good for the most part. However, lately it seems that one or the other, or both, is having a problem. While surfing the web everything just seems to hang up. Sometimes if you wait long enough the page you're trying to link to will show up, other times it just sits there and nothing happens. I've also noticed when this happens the lights on the CTR350 have stopped blinking and never change.

If I close Internet Explorer and then restart it everything works fine. At least for awhile until it starts hanging up again. This seems to happen maybe once or twice a day. I've seen where others have posted on this forum say this seems to be a problem with the USB720.

Any suggestions?
