AMAZING Technical Support from Torrey at 3GStore

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service combined with the extreme knowledge of many products. Additionally, Torrey went beyond the call of duty to contact my Satellite internet provider (HughesNet) to get all necessary information to configure my Kyocera KR2 Mobile Router with both the HughesNet Modem and to extend my WiFi network with an Apple Airport Extreme. Apple was unable to do this.

I am very happy with the WiFi network in my home as well. The Kyocera KR2 solved my problem connecting to a VPN network at work, by allowing me to use an Aircard on the desktop computer.

I looked in our phone logs and looked like Torrey spent over 1 hour getting this configuration working for you yesterday.

There are many places that offer "Free Tech Support", but we have the best people that work here and it is evident not only from your experience, but the 1000s of other customers we have helped too.

I want to give a special "atta boy" to Torrey for going the extra mile, but the funny thing is, that is the norm around here Smile

I am generally not the type that needs tech support, however, twice, 3G responded to support requests in the middle of the night.

I have heard nothing but extreme praise for the level of support 3G provides, and I believe it.
