This post is similar to the previous one but felt it merited its own post. I just got a UM 175. My RSSI is -90 to -95 and my download speeds are around 600 down and 300 up. When I download a file like a video, my download speed starts at around 200 kpbs then within 30 seconds or so it drops down to around 30 and stays there. Not sure if this is a PC or a Verizon problem. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

One technique that can make a big difference is how your TCP stack is configured. Go here for directions:

It certainly improved my performance.

Thats the speed it is downloading the file, right? Dont forget you need to times that by 8, so if the file is downloading at 30kbps then the actuall speed is 240kbps wich is still pretty low. Are you on Rev A? Also dont forget it depends on how many people are downloading the same file from the same place too. I usally average about 113kbps when downloading files, which is 904kbps. I range anywhere from low 900kbps to mid 1000kbps when doing download test.
