"All you can surf, text, watch, email, listen, find and of course, talk"

It's worse than I thought! I got a glossy flyer in the mail from Sprint as well. On the front it says
"How's it going?
Let us know if there's anything we can do for you"
and on the back it says " We want every day you're with us to be as good as your first"
Are these people for real?? What planet are they from? I find sending me this more than insulting. Especially when it is all make believe. How stupid do you think we are Sprint? |

Ebiz is good company. I may not allways agree with his logic, But he is here to help others, along with learning more about this great technology that Sprint has stabbed all of there loyal customers in the back.

Had askat1988 made even a minimal effort to read what many of us have been recommending, he would have noted that our counsel has been to protect others for being unfairly charged by Sprint. But then, perhaps he's not given to research.
TO askat1988: you have made 6 contributions to the evdoforums since you joined on 23 August 2007 (happy birthday)... The last three reflect little more than ignorance of the situation. Sprint changed the T&Cs and decided how it would implement them. It has also illegitimately attempted to apply the $150 ETF to people justly terminating because of material T&C changes.
I don't challenge Sprint's right to incorporate the 5 GB cap into the T&Cs. I do challenge the unethical methods it has used to discourage customers from exercising their right to cancel without an ETF. If you don't care about the ETF, just ignore it.
Sprint chose to change the T&Cs for all customers; yet, to be extraordinarily nebulous regarding their application. Then it chose 1) not to notify all data customers of the cap, 2) not to grandfather existing customers, and 3) not to correct "unlimited" with "5 GB" in the data usage section of the online account area. It is no wonder that so many of its customers are now uncertain and mistrusting. |
I have certainly done the research and understand the circumstances. It's not that complicated. Sprint marketed one thing to gain customers, then changed; a classic bait and switch. It is extremely unethical and I plan to use my unlimited plan as such.
The question still stands. Are you paid or encouraged to post in this forum by Sprint or an affiliate of Sprint? |
