U720, whole GBs disapearing out of minutes used?

Ok, heres the deal, I am trying to stay under the 5gb limit, and I went online and checked, and last month we went over, now this month, we are 2 days into the month and about 4.5gb have been used!!! I havent downloaded anything, havent even browsed the web much! I am at work now, and used it to check my email this morning, but some how since last night when I went to bed and unplugged the modem, 1gb was used... No one else in the house has used it, it has sat on my desk, and I cant convince sprint tech support as too what is happening...

Ever heard of something like this before?

Yes, I have heard of something like this once before, although I do not have a fix for it. You could try some of the basics, uninstall the software / reinstall, and delete the dial up connection / recreate. It the problem persists I suggest taking it to a tec at a store so they can monitor the usage in person. Sorry I can't be of more help.
