2nd laptop can't connect to the internet on MBR1000

My first laptop connects to my network automatically. My second laptop connected two weeks ago when I set it up, but today, it won't. The CradlePoint Utility tells me that it is connected to the network, but a warning message pops up and tells me that I have limited connectivity. When I try to get to a web site, I get a message that I am not connected to the internet.

The first laptop tells me that I am using WPA2-Personal Network Authentication. That is not one of the options listed on the second laptop when I try to connect.

Solved by a phone call to tech support. Required re-moval and re-install of the program on the USB Adapter
