I was having the same problem. I was trying to update to 2.1.0 from my desktop which was hardwired by ethernet cable. Gave up after three tries, and tried by wireless from my laptop. Worked perfectly the first time. Have no idea why it would matter, or if it was just coincidence. But it worked, and I'm grinnin'. Gary _________________ UM150, CTR-350

I updated from 1.6 to 2.1, downloaded fine with Firefox on XP. Mine kept timing out when trying to upload the image to the router, though. I did a factory reset on the router and then it worked.
