WOW The phone # was the problem.
I am leaving this post connected w/the router. It connected first try after reboot.
I can't thank you enough for your time and advice.
I was very close to returning router after getting no response from Top Global for almost two weeks now.

You should probably email this to the 3GStore guys and Top Global so that they know about it going forward. |

I found it very amusing that I got a call from Paul w/Top Global today at about 6:30est. I did inform him of the problem I encountered along w/solution & how I found the fix from EVDO forum member w/same setup.
I also let him know that today was the ninth business day in a row I had left a message on their support line and he was the first response I got.
He said he was responding from todays message & was shocked I hadn't got a call back from any of the other messages.
Just glad the router is working now.Much thanks to CommSoft
