FYI, I just checked in here for another problem and saw this thread. In Atlanta I've seen this problem for almost a month. Just disconnect, then reconnect has fixed this problem for me. My testing my other other services to non-port 80 is that all is ok except port 80 acts as if it's blocked (or their proxy / cache is screwed up or maxing out connections).

I've been experiencing port 80 blocking for a long time now. I'm on Roachdale, IN HA (68.28.153.69).
If I am able to change the HA, will it "stick" when I put my S720 back into my D-Link router? |

Wow, I'm glad I found this forum! I've been having problems with my connection just like everyone here. It says I'm connected but at times, I can't load any pages on ANY port it seems. Then poof it's back for a little while!

My problem sounds like this, although its a little different. Seems like every hour my connection just stops all downloads. The latency will stay near 90ms, the uploads will stay near 250 mark, But the downloads creep to the 10-25 on the speed test. Also the card will switch to RTT instead of DORA, and some times when i try to reconnect my dB goes from -79 to -115 as the connection is starting, then when disconnecting goes back up to -79
Very odd... this all started the day after the 30day money back ended. Tin foil hattery? maybe... but any advice could be helpful.
fyi: customer service put a service call to the tower here, said everything is normal at the tower for what its worth. |
