no, the CDU680 does not qualify for a free booster antenna.
we have not found an adapter cable for the proprietary jack.
last time this happened as the aircard 595. it took a looong time.
if it takes a long time to find supply of cables, we'll be out of free antennas. |

The Franklin CDU680 Review is now available online at:
Franklin CDU-680 Review - EVDOinfo.com
This review took a while because it was the cumulative efforts of several staffers covering the many different aspects of the new device.
Sorry it took so long... now go enjoy it! |

Got my modem today and it is working great! I have an iMac and the Sprint PCS Vision modem script seems to work better than the one Franklin uses by default. If anything, the Sprint PCS Vision script connects and disconnects much faster. Just wanted to share my "tip" with other Mac users. I will definately purchase an external antenna when once adapters are available.

| Can the CDU 680's GPS functions be used on the Mac running Parallels with Windows? I haven't figured out how to do it yet. |

| Just got a new CDU-680 and am getting 300-400 up and 200-400 down from North Dallas. We are in a weaker signal area of the sprint map. |

Look for an antenna adapter in another 1 - 2 weeks.
Look for CradlePoint Support to be very soon.
I have an antenna adapter for my CDU680 and testing the CradlePoint with the CDU680 and it works great _________________ EVDO :: EVDO News :: EVDO Antennas :: Buy Verizon :: Buy Sprint :: EVDO Amplifier |

| For those waiting for the Franklin/Cradlepoint "marriage," Michael just posted a response on another thread (http://www.evdoforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=41838#41838) saying, "Cradlepoint CTR350 version 1.7 firmware was just released. With v1.7 firmware, the Franklin CDU-680 is NOW supported with the CradlePoint CTR350." |

Any word on an antenna adapter being available? I know it's soon, and can't wait to order an antenna for my CDU-680.
Thanks |
