I was successful in getting the card to work on my PowerBook with OS X 10.4.8. The Sprint Card had to be Firmware version 125. When I updated the card to version 135, the OS on longer recognized the card.

If anyone find out what needs to be modified to make it work with FW 135, please post here.

just undue your hack and install and setup the novatel720 drivers jamus links to above. the mac.intosh driver works great.

Has anyone had any luck in getting the S720 working with OS 10.4.10?

the recommendations made here:
evdoinfo.com/content/view/808/63/

worked great in 10.4.9
but no longer work in 10.4.10.

Please let me know if anyone finds a solution.
