Hello,

Looks like we will get the KR1 after all. We will be making an official announcement Thursday 2.2.2006 and start taking orders. Kyocera sold out of their initial bunch very quickly and the demand is high.

We would like to thank Kyocera for working with us and our customers/audience. We think it will be a win-win for everyone.

We will post more information tomorrow on this thread.

Also, starting tomorrow, look for a specific forum on EVDOforums.com, just for KR1 users.

I just ordered from Kyocera's site (evening of Feb 1) and it is marked as being backordered. Afterwards, I noticed that you are selling the KR1 on your site as well but are shipping on Feb 7th. Please be honest and let me know if I would get my order sooner from you or from them. Im not as concerned about price as I am about expediency. Thanks!

I am not 100% sure which will be sooner.

I know the demand is high and they sold out of their first batch in 36 hours.
